Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to any paid ZeraCents subscriptions or services that may be offered.
2. Charges and refunds
Unless otherwise required by law, payments for subscriptions or services are final and non-refundable once processed.
3. Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future billing according to the subscription terms in effect at that time, but does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed.
4. Billing questions
If you have a billing question or believe there has been a verified billing error, contact support using the account details associated with the charge.
